ECHOS IN ÇİNİ is an experimental video project that brings together the traditional art of Kütahya ceramics with the dynamic aesthetics of the digital age. Rooted in the idea that centuries-old ceramic patterns are not merely reflections of the past but living vessels of cultural memory, the project reimagines these designs for the present day. The ceramic motifs have been redrawn as vector graphics and animated using digital techniques within Adobe After Effects. Each scene visualizes themes of time, memory, and repetition through transformations such as the breaking apart and reassembly of patterns, their morphing into new forms, or their evolution into entirely different designs. These metamorphoses break the traditional fixity of the ceramic art, turning it into a living, moving, and reinterpretative narrative. By building a bridge between digital art, graphic design, and cultural heritage, the project invites viewers on a visual journey and into an interaction across different timelines.
